    Bill’s real estate experience ranges from traditional brokerage of single-family homes to selling and managing a $50 million residential and commercial bank owned portfolio.  With more than 38 years of experience he has provided valuation expertise for residential properties ranging from $50,000 to $28,000,000.  He has determined values of bank owned hotels and large regional malls. He has owned, developed, and managed residential and commercial property throughout New England.  His company, One-Two-Three Properties, led the way in the revitalization of a large part of Brockton, Massachusetts through the acquisition, rehabilitation, and sale of multi-family properties.  He was the broker-owner of Greater Boston Realty (GreaterBostonRealty.com) and is a broker-associate at Charles Rutenberg Realty (GreaterTampaRealty.com). 

    After graduating cum laude from Boston University, Bill earned a M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.  While at Columbia, he received critical acclaim for writing Nantucket’s Affordable Housing Problem.

    An avid cyclist, Bill is a five-year veteran of the Pan Massachusetts Challenge (PMC) bike-a-thon, personally raising over $90,000 for cancer research at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.  The Multiple Sclerosis Society recognized him as one of their top fundraisers for his participation in MS 150 charity rides. He co-founded and served as President, Executive Director, and Board Member of Cure on Wheels (COW), a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation modeled after the PMC.  As Florida’s only bike ride for cancer, COW has raised over $1,000,000 for cancer research.  He is one of a small group of community leaders chosen to serve MacDill AFB for two years as an Honorary Commander.

    Bill is a nationally recognized award-winning writer.  He is currently working on his second book, Sanity is Overrated.  He has written as a guest columnist for the Tampa Bay Times and other publications.  Bill and his wife, Barbara, have been married thirty-seven years and live in Odessa.  Barbara has owned Garden Magicians, a boutique gardening company, for twenty years. Their thirty-one year-old daughter, Julie, is a graduate of University of Florida, lives in St. Petersburg and is a Senior Associate Director at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital.  They have two cats.
