Hi, I’m Tracey Gerard! I’ve been a real estate professional in Central Illinois since 2013, where I’ve served as a REALTOR®, Managing Broker, real estate investor, and brokerage owner. My husband and I have also spent more than 20 years buying, renovating, and selling homes, giving me a unique perspective when helping clients recognize a property’s potential or prepare a home for the market.
Florida has become a second home to us in more ways than one. We have owned a home here since 2021 and spend a significant amount of our time in Florida, where our daughter, daughter-in-law, and grandsons also call home. Becoming a Florida-licensed REALTOR® was a natural next step, allowing me to combine my years of real estate experience with my growing connection to Florida and the Tampa Bay area.
I especially enjoy helping clients who are relocating to Florida, searching for a second home, or beginning the transition from the Midwest to the Florida lifestyle.
