I’m Sheila Konnick with Charles Rutenberg Realty, and I bring 23 years of real estate experience to every transaction.
Originally from Pennsylvania, I spent most of my corporate career working with Fortune 500 companies in Philadelphia before moving to Ocala nearly 24 years ago. I absolutely love this area and am proud to help others discover what makes it such a wonderful place to call home.
What makes me different? I’m not just your Realtor—I become your friend. Many of my past clients continue to stay in touch with me, and I’m honored when they return for their next move or refer their friends and family.
I personally serve Marion, Lake, Sumter, and Alachua Counties, and I understand that each community has its own unique qualities and opportunities. Whether you’re moving across town or relocating from another state, I’m here to make the process as smooth as possible.
A large part of my business comes from clients relocating from outside the area or state. With today’s technology, much of the buying and selling process can be handled remotely through email and electronic documents, and I can even help arrange mail-away closings when appropriate.
I specialize in helping clients who are buying and selling at the same time, whether you’re moving into a larger home, downsizing, or simply making a change. These transactions require careful coordination, patience, communication, and attention to detail. I stay involved on both sides of the transaction, anticipate potential problems, and take initiative rather than waiting for someone else to act.
As a multi-million-dollar producer, I’m ready to put my experience, knowledge, and dedication to work for you.
I work 7 days a week, and my phone is always on.
Whether you’re buying, selling, relocating, or just have questions about the local market, I’d love the opportunity to be your Realtor—and hopefully, your Realtor for life.
