I have been in the Real Estate business since joining a Broker in Pennsylvania in 1994 and then upon moving back to my home state of Florida, I joined the team of Charles Rutenberg Realty in 2012.
While I am an active sales agent, I am also a State Certified Building Contractor and of which I spend a lot of time in that part of the Real Estate industry. I do not seek out sales nor listings but am available if the opportunity presents itself.
I do have successful sales in my resume and I have satisfied my past customers by being 100% professional in my presentation and diligence with a customer service attitude. My past customers always become friends and those friends are my most reliable references.
