Phil’s unique knowledge and experience in Florida real estate comes from being a Florida native as well as living in the Tampa Bay area for over 30 years as a college student, mechanical engineer, real estate investor, and agent. Phil has lived, worked, and recreated in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Hernando counties.
Phil has nearly seven years of experience as a residential real estate agent as well as several years of experience in private real estate investing in Florida. Phil has an extensive network of real estate investors that buy, sell, and rent real estate. Insurance is a critical piece of any real estate transaction. Phil’s wife has worked in many roles on the inside of the insurance business for over 30 years and has run her own insurance agency for over 4 years. She is a great resource and has solutions, alternatives, and recommendations for all of Phil’s clients.
Phil’s background of 21 years in engineering, engineering and maintenance management, as well as a Project Management Professional, provides additional skills needed to ensure real estate transactions are successful and that his clients’ needs are understood and met. Each transaction is a project and Phil draws on those skills to keep all parties on track to meet timelines and work out solutions to the problems and surprises that inevitably come up. The goal is always to make sure all parties are satisfied with the completed transaction.
Phil is a member of the Suncoast Tampa Association of REALTORS®(STAR) as well as Florida and National Associations of REALTORS® (FR, NAR).
