Logan Sembler

Logan Sembler comes from a long line of real estate developers and has touched real estate all throughout his career. Logan graduated from Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate. From there, Logan helped develop and manage a regional restaurant franchisee with PDQ “from soup to nuts,” including site selection and development, as well as facilitating ongoing operations, various back office functions, and heavy investor relations. This led Logan to Cardinal Point Management, where he was hired as a Real Estate Analyst for the firm’s second programmatic real estate fund. This time was spent underwriting the active pipeline for the fund, which targeted properties with an average overall capitalization of ~$50M. Additional duties included asset management, dispositions, construction management, investor relations, market analysis, and leasing. While working at The Sembler Company as a property manager, Logan spent his spare time planning his ultimate transition to residential development. Since March of 2023, Logan has focused solely on this goal, and has successfully created an infrastructure for identifying and executing on development and investment opportunities in the residential sector.

Logan was born and raised in the St. Petersburg area, and currently resides there with his wife Alex and two children, Adeline and Dylan. In his spare time, Logan volunteers his time to various non-profit organizations, including the Drug Free America Foundation and the Jewish Federation of Florida’s Gulf Coast. Through the Jewish Federation, in addition to serving on the Executive Committee as Treasurer, Logan created and serves on the Young Adult Division’s “TRIBE” Committee as one of the Board of Directors’ Liaison.

With any remaining time, Logan enjoys spending it with friends and family, playing golf or ultimate frisbee, meeting new people, and otherwise generally being anywhere outdoors.
