After working in a large law firm as a real estate paralegal for 9 years, I joined Merrill Lynch Realty in 1982and received Top New Agent status within that year and Top Agent status subsequent years. Once Merrill Lynch sold their realty division, I then joined Re/Max and relocated to FL from CT in 1994. I worked with Re/Max for approximately 18 months and then became a Sales Consultant/Director for several builders in Pinellas County for 16 years. I am now a Realtor with Charles Rutenberg Realty. I earned the Graduate Realtor Institute designation in 1994 and VA Mortgage Specialist designation in 2017. I am a member of the Suncoast Tampa Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. I am President of the Board of Directors in my condominium community I reside as well as President of The Friendship Club.
