From her early days in Orlando marketing and selling custom homes for a local builder, to new construction sales in Colorado, and now specializing in residential resale in the Tampa Bay area since 2001—Debbie has truly done it all.
She holds a B.S. in Marketing and an M.B.A. in Global Management, and has helped clients navigate everything from custom builds and investment properties to REOs and short sales in additiona to hundreds of residential transactions. With deep roots in Pinellas County, Debbie has a local’s insight and a track record built on trust—99% of her business comes from past client referrals.

Outside of real estate, Debbie is active in Special Olympics and community programs, and loves boating, hiking, snowboarding, and riding motorcycles with her family.
