Carolyn Brown is a native New Yorker (Albany area) who has lived in Pinellas County, Clearwater /Dunedin area for the past 15 years. She has over a dozen closings under her belt, first as a residential buyer, then property investor, short term rental owner, and house flipper with tons of experience from move in ready to near total rehab. “Nothing is more important than being comfortable where you lay your head at night” whether it’s your bedroom design or your proximity to culture and lifestyle or work, and personal safety. Carolyn’s early career was in broadcast journalism and the wine beverage industry. She has published a novel and book of blogs on wine, and lives in Dunedin with her 2 Labs.
