As a Croatian native, at the age of eight, my parents decided to make a grand move to Chicago in 1976 to 2003. This is when I made the decision to move to Florida. My parents have always been involved in various investments, including the buying and selling of numerous homes to owning a building. Throughout this period I have always been intrigued and curious with the process of real estate.
With the complexities, challenges and various difficulties many people have faced in 2020, I made my decision to delve deeper into the real estate market and get my license. My decision was based on my future investments, helping / assisting my family and friends through the challenges as well as providing a better understanding of the real estate market. The excitement and confidence of purchasing their new home or selling their existing home is by far the best and humbling experience and reward.
